Rockstar Factory Canada
Rockstar Factory Canada was formed in 2009 from players originating from Nexo Factory Paintball and players playing the scenario atmosphere. Only 2 of our players had played in the Xball format. The group started off with 5 friends that wanted to play competitive paintball in the Ontario tournament scene. We eventually added more players to form a farm team, that would eventually substituted players that were not able to play some tournaments due to work or other commitments. During the month of August 2009, RXL and CX4 Franchises were purchased and the Rockstar Factory Paintball Team was created. The first open tryouts were held in October 2009 and by November we had a total of 17 players creating the RXL and CX4 teams. During the 2010 season, we fought against the odds and placed 4th overall missing first place overall by 4 points for our first year in the Canadian Xball Paintball League. We’ve gone thru some player changes for the 2011 season and we are working to bring the team to the next level of tournament ball. The players that will be competing in the 2011 are very dedicated and work as one unit. Family, teamwork, and dedication are the backbone of Rockstar Factory Canada. Many challenges lay ahead for the team but with hard work every challenge can be achieved with great success. To this date we have a total of 30 CXBL League players and 14 staff members to be the largest Rockstar Camp in North America. All Rockstar members are dedicated to the love of paintball. In the 2010-11 season, TCU and ended as 6th overall in Class AA with three podium finishes at three events (including a first place finish). They are continuing to see success in the 2011-12 season by expanding with a recreational club, adding a second competitive line, and placing 2nd at an event.
