We guarantee 100% satisfaction. However, if you are unsatisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item for an exchange or refund within 30 days. Items must be in new, resalable condition. Clothing items must have tags attached to be returnable.

All sales are final for locations outside of the United States. We do not accept returns for international shipments, including Canada. Please reference your order number and include your request for return or exchange in the return shipment.

For a refund of the purchase price, items must be returned within 30 days from the date of shipment. Item(s) must be returned in new condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts, and accessories to ensure full credit. Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded for returned merchandise.

If you were shipped the wrong item or your item appears to have a manufacturing defect (eg: misprinted logo, hole in fabric) please contact us and explain what is wrong with the item and remember to have your order number available.
